  1. Why can't I view larger images of the products?
    To view larger a image of a product, you need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser. Visit this page for more information on how to enable JavaScript.
  2. I lost my password. What should I do?
    You can request a new password by entering your email address here. A new password will be generated for you and emailed to the address you have entered within 24 hours.
  3. How can I change my password?
    You can change your password after logging in and changing it in Edit my profile.

    Collect4all does not have a store you can visit. However, it is possible to collect your order in the store of Howell Holding BV in The Hague, Zuiderparklaan 133, 2574 HD, the Netherlands.

  2. I have placed an order, but I have not received an invoice. What should I do?
    We always send you the invoice for your order via email within 24 hours. Please make sure Collect4all is added to your trusted contacts, so that you can receive our invoice without problems.
  3. I have checked my inbox and spamfilter, but I have not received an invoice. What should I do?
    Are you a registered customer? In that case, you can find all your invoices on our website after you have logged in.
    Are you a non-registered customer? Please send us an email with your name and email address and we will send you a direct link to your invoice as soon as possible.
  4. I have received a discount code, what are the conditions for using this?
    • To make use of special offers you must always mention the discount code from the ad when placing your order.
    • Discounts are applicable once per customer only.
    • Offers from magazines are valid until the new issue.
    • Offers fromt he newsletter are valid until the next edition.
    • Orders must be placed within the mentioned time period.
    • Discounts cannot be combined.
    • Discounts are applicable to the categories mentioned only.
    • The mentioned amounts always reflect the total amount of the invoice excluding shipping and administration costs.
    • The terms and conditions alwyas apply unless mentioned otherwise.

Delivery

  1. When will my order be shipped?
    After your payment has been received all orders will be shipped within 5 working days.
  2. I have selected registered shipping, where can I find the tracking number?
    When you have selected registered shipping your tracking number will be mentioned after shipment in your invoice.
  3. Through which organisation will my order be shipped?
    We send all our orders through PostNL.
  4. My trackingnumber does not give a result on the site of PostNL. How is this possible?
    In many cases, delivery is taken over by local post order companies, which do not always give correct and timely tracking information. However, the registered letters and packets will always be traceable for PostNL.

    It is possible to pick up your order in the store of Howell Holding B.V. in The Hague, Zuiderparklaan 133, 2574HD, The Netherlands. Please note that this is not a store of Collect4all and therefore, orders must be placed up front together with your notice of when you will pick up the order. This allows us to prepare the order for you.
